Robert is an administrator at a college, and is the director of an educational training program for military veterans in Reno, Nevada.
In addition, Robert serves part time with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in Nevada. He is certified with the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and is a  member of the Railroad Auxiliary Team (RAT) Patrol helping with railroad safety of people and property.
He regularly presents at national and regional conferences, provides personal and professional development training, and management consulting services.
His special interests are in promoting human potential and self-leadership.
